MODERATOR ANNOUNCMENT - JUNE 13, 2009: Due to the outrageous inactivity the board has suffered in the past few years, I (Kree/Amb0rg) am taking responsibility and trying to get BakaNeko back on its feet! This means that while there are very few users at the moment, the strict rules that used to be in effect here are going to be lifted and users are allowed to draw to their heart's content, so long as they obey the general rules of being nice and not spamming. Since I'm assuming I'm the most active mod here (if not the ONLY active mod - Hey, Spax is here too! >:( ), please feel free to direct all questions and comments to me. My contact info is listed in my profile. Happy drawing!

I use to draw here a really long time ago. Blah, blah. I was in a car accident in 2005, had a stroke, lost my brother in the accident.... I remember when this board was so active. I wanted to submit something tonight. Sorry because I have a ball mouse that I'm getting in a fight with so I'm calling it quits. I'll get my laser mouse tomorrow. I hope everyone has been well. :D

Hadn't oekakied in a while. So rusty, I forgot to put my lines on the foreground layer until it was too late. >.>;; So the fill tool is my friend on this. Anywho, I'm sleepy, so this is my very young-looking Yuuri with a cheesy I-want-sleep background. C&C is welcome~

Yayyyy! I'm so glad to see your work here :) I love your cel shading. My only critique is that I think the hair could use some shadows as well as those highlights. Great job! :)

Better than my first oekaki. >.> In fact, I think you did really well. Watch out for tones when you don't really need them, though, like on the lips (kind of distracting there). A bit more depth in the skin tone will also help add definition to areas like her nose shadow. Love the shading in the eyes, and you have an interesting style. Welcome to Bakaneko, and I'm looking forward to seeing more from you! :D
